Lead Analyst-Forsyth Health - Remote

Lead Analyst responsible for managing and overseeing client data delivery processes, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards on schedule. Key responsibilities include delivering accurate data for client deliverables, ensuring timely data delivery, performing root-cause and quality control analyses, developing data surveillance processes, supporting onboarding by defining formats and schedules, selecting delivery methods (Databricks to Databricks, Databricks to other platforms, Snowflake), coordinating with internal teams on non-PHI data sharing approvals, partnering with clients to validate and troubleshoot test data sharing, building and maintaining Databricks dashboards, developing and deploying code in Databricks and Snowflake environments, troubleshooting delivery issues, addressing questions with Forsyth teams, providing release notes, and implementing process optimizations. Qualifications include 2+ years in healthcare analytics, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong communication skills, ability to operate in dynamic environments, proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with data warehousing (Databricks, Snowflake), knowledge of process improvement, and consideration of home-office internet requirements (10 Mbps down/5 Mbps up). The role offers a salary range of $79,000–$131,600 with eligibility for an annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on the health and well-being of employees.
