Job Summary
Manage all polyphase contracts by editing construction costs, reviewing line online status, and processing refund requests within the ConTrac System Database. Coordinate SAP changes for policy and rate adjustments, run routine queries to monitor billing errors, and create polyphase line extension packets for billing work orders. Review depreciation credits, transformer salvage calculations, and supporting documentation for the annual MPUC Report while resolving engineering, billing, and rate issues across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced customer relationship skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Knowledge of electric and gas technologies
- Strong computer application skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including speaking before large groups
- Attention to detail and strong analytic skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of company policies and operations
- Knowledge of Smartmap, SAP, and Contrac Database
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 5+ years experience
