Lead Analyst, Data & Analytics

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end analytical projects within the Corporate Strategy organization, aligning stakeholders on problem definition, approach, timelines, and decision points; develop business briefs defining scope, goals, requirements and assumptions; create and maintain project plans for data collection, evaluation, refinement and analysis; perform advanced data collection, preparation and quality validation using Databricks, SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel, RStudio, and Python; select, develop and apply analytical models to business use cases, balancing rigor and interpretability; translate complex findings into clear narratives and actionable insights for executive leadership; document data processes and outcomes to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing; proactively identify analytics opportunities aligned to strategic priorities and champion data governance and self-service data literacy; engage cross-functional stakeholders and coach partners; perform storm-role duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of related experience inclusive of aggregating and analyzing large-scale data to create insights required
- Combination of proven experience and subject matter expertise in data and analytics required
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, or another programming language required
