Lead Analyst - Analytics & Reporting

Job Summary
Lead reporting and technical support initiatives by acting as the primary point of contact for requests, gathering requirements, and ensuring outputs meet accuracy and compliance standards. Drive strategy for process automation and innovation using BI tools like Power BI and SQL to integrate automated solutions into workflows. Perform hands-on development, migrate solutions to production, and lead UAT while managing incident management and release documentation. Mentor team members on data visualization and SQL, oversee data integrity governance, and monitor team KPIs including turnaround times and stakeholder satisfaction. May lead hiring, coaching, and performance management for the team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in Analytics, Reporting, Finance or similar field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and reporting best practices
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in business intelligence processes and experience implementing analytical change in growth environments
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- Occasional travel
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in overseeing automation initiatives or process improvement projects
- Familiarity with workflow optimization and integration of automated solutions
