Job Summary

Maintain a clean and organized dining area adhering to sanitation standards, upsell menu items, and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally. Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming dining experience, requiring the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work early morning shifts and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
