Job Summary
Lead Alterations Specialist is responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of David’s Bridal and reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, solving issues, coordinating fittings with Stylists, promoting alteration services, overseeing alterations fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning, training staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring a 5 Star Customer Experience. The role requires standing/walking for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and proficiency with a computerized POS system. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS system
