Job Summary
Conduct residential alarm installations, system walkthroughs, and technical troubleshooting for custom home projects. Install system components including add-ons, conversions, and new installs while maintaining inventory records and ensuring signal verification. Troubleshoot technical issues with Qolsys, Honeywell, DSC, and other alarm panels, and optimize system functionality for customers. Maintain safety practices, clean job sites and fleet vehicles, and work in tight spaces like crawlspaces and attics. Requires five plus years of industry experience, valid driver's license, and comfort with heights.
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years of industry experience in residential alarm installations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Good driving record and Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates
- Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights
- Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
