Job Summary
Develop airport master plans, terminal concepts, and airside layouts for domestic and international projects. Conduct capacity analysis, demand forecasting, and traffic scenarios using simulation tools to support greenfield, brownfield, and expansion assignments. Apply ICAO, IATA, and local regulatory standards to prepare compliance matrices and technical documentation. Coordinate planning inputs with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready solutions aligned with client requirements. Contribute to bid submissions and continuous improvement initiatives within the Aviation department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Airport Planning/ Aviation Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated 15+ years' experience in airport planning, airport design, aviation consultancy, or infrastructure planning projects
- Strong understanding of airport master planning principles, terminal planning processes, and airside/landside planning interfaces
- Experience in demand forecasting, capacity analysis, area planning, and development phasing for airport facilities
- Knowledge of international and regional planning standards, including ICAO, IATA, FAA, and applicable local aviation regulations
- Ability to work on multiple projects, manage deadlines, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in medium to large commercial airport design preferably EPC projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and airport planning/drawing tools
- Strong capability in data analysis, report preparation, and visual presentation of planning outputs
