Job Summary
Lead Aircraft Coordinator (Flight Test) at Archer, responsible for managing the full maintenance workflow of Archer test aircraft, coordinating inspections, modifications, and routine/unScheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and Archer maintenance documentation. Acts as main focal point for aircraft activity communication, schedules future work such as modifications, oversees large aircraft modifications during certification campaigns, prioritizes activities based on feasibility and program schedule, plans test-event availability with Test Director and Program Management, ensures work follows established maintenance processes, and provides status updates across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant hands on aircraft maintenance experience such as Crew Chief or previous Aircraft Coordinator
- Experience with maintenance softwares such as TRAX, CAMP, or Corridor
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance techniques and best practices
- Knowledge of wiring techniques and best practices (crimping, routing, securing, etc.)
- A collaborative attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to communicate and build cross-functional relationships
- Work with all levels of personnel and effectively interact with technicians and engineers
- Travel Requirements: 5-10% of the time
- Bonus Qualifications: A&P/IA; Prior experience with electric aircraft/eVTOL or high voltage systems; CAD, NX, Confluence, JIRA
