Job Summary
Lead AI System Architect role directing the architecture of EIS's agentic AI platform, defining agent orchestration, memory, planning, and MCP tool ecosystems; establish autonomy levels with human-in-the-loop; lead MCP strategy, ADRs, and AI DevOps practices; ensure security, data residency, and compliance across regulated insurance workflows; mentor teams and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers; leverage TypeScript, Java, Python, LangChain, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, observable agentic solutions across Policy, Billing, and Claims domains.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
