Job Summary
Lead AI Solutions Systems Engineer responsible for the technical strategy, data modeling, and high-level solution design for AI initiatives across North America, from PoCs to production, including architecture decisions, ML quality metrics, and governance. You will translate business problems into mathematical and data specifications, architect integration layers, co-author code with delivery partners, and guide the evolution of the platform toward Gemini Enterprise while aligning with global teams (e.g., AgentAiR). The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with the AI Lead Developer, and strong proficiency in AI/ML pipelines, data modeling, API schemas, and deployment in production environments. Travel up to 10%, and relocation assistance is provided for qualified positions. Regulated by company policies, visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and work authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI (ML / Data Science), Computer Science, or highly quantitative field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced analytics initiatives including hands-on, production-grade AI architectures
- Proven experience delivering production-ready system architectures across multiple business domains
- Experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI systems and integration into production environments
- Strong software engineering background with API design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and ML pipelines
- Experience across Corporate and Operations functions; manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to translate business problems into technical specifications and data requirements
- Experience in leading and coaching teams; stakeholder management; strong communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not guaranteed unless specified
- Willingness to travel ~10%
