Job Summary
Partner across divisions to shape and operationalize Lions Clubs International's AI strategy through hands-on experimentation and delivery. Design, build, and pilot applied AI solutions including generative AI assistants, RAG-based chat agents, and intelligent automation while evaluating business needs to determine the most effective approach. Collaborate with marketing and functional teams to enable responsible, business-led AI adoption and develop standards that protect branding, reputation, and privacy. Mentor team members and business partners through practical guidance, establishing reusable patterns and reference architectures to support broader AI adoption. Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency within enterprise platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in progressively responsible technology roles, including participation in or support of major technology adoption initiatives such as cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise automation
- Recent hands-on experience developing, piloting, or supporting applied AI solutions, including generative AI assistants, RAG-based chat agents, or intelligent automation
- Experience evaluating tools and models and optimizing solutions for cost, performance, and scalability
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

- Experience with assist AI tools including; ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini to create agents
- Experience with Automation tools, Agentforce
- Experience with general LLM models, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude (Anthropic)
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and to learn quickly in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
- Excellent communication, mentoring, storytelling, and presentation skills
