Job Summary
Lead AI Trust PM role focused on co-owning strategy for AI trust surfaces and governance, building trust between organizations and autonomous AI agents, and shaping how humans and AI collaborate in enterprise workflows. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end product areas in a 0-to-1 context, engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand objections and turn blockers into product requirements, and balancing enablement with control by designing trust infrastructure that increases agent autonomy over time. The role emphasizes customer-facing work, liaison with enterprise accounts, and cross-functional collaboration to define problem statements, communicate value to leadership and engineering, and drive product narrative across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience shipping products across different domains or business models
- Full-stack PM capabilities: qual research, metrics, A/B tests, UX design, cross-org influence
- Strong communicator and ability to translate customer pain into product narrative
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with partial information
- Curiosity, adaptability, and fast learning across domains
