Job Summary
Lead AI/ML Ops Engineer in Dublin focusing on designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models that adhere to global technology standards and governance requirements. Collaborate with machine learning scientists, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate scalable ML solutions, deploy and scale models to production, fine-tune for performance, and continuously monitor model performance. Must have strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, MLFlow, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn, plus Spark (PySpark), AWS, and Databricks. Responsibilities include designing and implementing models, deploying to production, ensuring robustness and reliability, addressing issues, and driving integration into existing systems and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with PyTorch, MLFlow, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles (version control, testing, code optimization)
- Skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building data pipelines
- Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark
- Experience with AWS Cloud Platform and Databricks for deploying and managing machine learning models
