Job Summary
Partner with product owners to shape ambiguous business ideas into scoped AI requirements for content and media workflows, then rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept for drafting, summarization, rewriting, and moderation. Design production architectures for LLM and agentic applications, including retrieval strategies and orchestration topologies, while building multi-agent systems with robust tool calling and state management. Establish trust layers through guardrails, input/output validation, and adversarial testing, then deploy solutions on cloud platforms with CI/CD and cost governance. Define quality metrics, build evaluation datasets, and document architectural decisions to ensure system sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience
- hands-on work in conversational AI
- at least 2 years specifically in content management systems within media or content-driven environments
- Practical expertise with commercial LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and open-weight/small models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Phi, Gemma)
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and integrating AI agents for content workflows
- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot design, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
- Experience deploying SLMs via vLLM, Ollama, Triton, or managed equivalents
- Advanced skills in vector store integration (Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- Programming expertise in Python for AI/ML development
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks for multi-agent systems (LangGraph, CrewAI)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field relevant to content/media AI
- Certification in Conversational AI or NLP technologies (e.g., RASA Certified Developer, IBM Watson AI Certification)
- Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
