Job Summary
Lead architectural design, advisory, and execution of high-impact AI agent ecosystems for enterprise clients by translating business requirements into rigorous technical blueprints. Establish delivery playbooks and reusable patterns to standardize agentic workflows, while owning the technical vision for the core Go harness pattern using the Vertex AI Agent Development Kit. Define detailed agent specifications, including structural tool definitions, prompt engineering, and graduated-autonomy criteria with human-in-the-loop exception handling. Design continuous shadow-mode evaluation harnesses to validate performance against live production data and set precision/recall thresholds for safety-critical test suites. Partner with client governance boards to advise on SOA tier classifications, model-version-pinning strategies, and drift monitoring, ensuring strict idempotency and canonical event envelopes across distributed systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years to 12 years of proven experience working in a professional services or IT consulting firm
- Track record of leading technical delivery teams
- Track record of managing senior client stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Architecture)
- Deep, hands-on experience deploying production-grade, multi-agent frameworks
- Experience with LLM-backed reasoning loops (Gemini)
- Experience with autonomous workflows
- Expert-level familiarity with the Vertex AI suite (Agent Engine, Agent Development Kit, Tuning, Vector Search)
- Expert-level familiarity with hardened enterprise GCP security architectures (VPC Service Controls, IAM, Pub/Sub)
- Advanced backend proficiency in Go (Golang)
- Background in highly concurrent, distributed, and event-driven systems
- Clear appreciation for operating within highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, public sector)
- Understanding of data compliance
- Understanding of deterministic auditing
- Understanding of strict security perimeters
