Lead AI/ML Engineer

Lead AI/ML Engineer responsible for setting technical direction for large-scale AI/ML projects in high-risk government-facing environments; designs and maintains scalable ML systems, leads multi-workstream delivery, defines project roadmaps, and coaches engineers. Requires cloud-native expertise (Kubernetes), production-ready model deployment and lifecycle tooling, API/service integration, and the ability to articulate architectural rationale to senior stakeholders.
