Lead AI Engineer

Lead AI Engineer responsible for the AI platform infrastructure, governance, and cross-team integration. You will own the AI platform stack (Azure, AKS, Terraform, Helm, Azure Pipelines), drive reliability and operational health, set engineering standards and governance for the AI function (including DPIAs and model documentation), integrate internal APIs with Chat/Voice tooling, evaluate new AI tooling, mentor engineers, and partner with the Head of AI Services to shape the AI strategy and platform direction in a hybrid role based in Liverpool.
