Job Summary
Lead AI Engineer on the Data Platform & Services team building production-grade AI-powered systems. Design and deploy agentic frameworks to coordinate multiple AI agents, build scalable natural language query solutions for enterprise data, and develop evaluation frameworks for LLMs and prompts to improve accuracy, scalability, and resilience. Collaborate with data engineering to integrate AI orchestration with Python, SQL, and Snowflake pipelines. Contribute to AI-powered summarization and explanation tools to enhance reporting and executive reviews. Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and business teams to ensure solutions meet measurable business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered data systems in production
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong foundation in modern data engineering
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Snowflake
