Job Summary
Lead technical execution across native mobile domains by translating business requirements into scalable engineering designs and implementing AI-native workflows that improve quality, speed, and maintainability. Design and operationalize agentic workflows for technical analysis, specification generation, code review, and test case validation while establishing reusable assets like prompt libraries and structured technical standards. Modernize development practices by integrating GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and AI platforms into repeatable workflows, strengthening design-to-code handoffs and advancing automation across coding, testing, and release processes. Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and platform teams to define best practices for safe, scalable AI adoption and influence engineering standards through hands-on leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, native mobile engineering, or technical leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience building native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
- Proven experience leading engineering delivery across cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience designing, building, or operating AI-enabled or agentic engineering workflows in real-world software development environments
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, APIs, testing, release processes, and modern development practices
- Experience translating business and product requirements into technical specifications, engineering plans, and production-ready solutions
- Experience applying AI to improve engineering systems and workflows at scale
- Strong communication and influencing skills across engineers, architects, stakeholders, and leaders
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing or scaling agentic workflows, prompt libraries, or context repositories for engineering teams
- Experience with spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding workflows
- Experience with workflow automation, CI/CD, test automation, and release engineering
- Experience leading technical initiatives across native mobile engineering organizations
- Experience in regulated environments such as financial services
- Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, and human oversight considerations for AI-enabled systems
- Experience with many of the following: AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or similar tools
- Experience with Agentic workflow platforms and multi-agent orchestration patterns
- Experience with Prompt engineering and reusable context design
- Experience with Context engineering and structured technical specification design
- Experience with Spec-driven development workflows
- Native mobile development for iOS and Android, including Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and/or Java
- Python or similar languages used for AI development, workflow automation, scripting, or prototyping
- Experience with GitHub or similar source control and collaboration platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tooling
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern engineering collaboration tools
- Experience with Design-to-code and engineering handoff workflows
- Experience with Test automation, validation frameworks, and engineering quality controls
- Experience with Observability, telemetry, and feedback-loop design for workflow improvement
