Job Summary
Lead AI Engineer responsible for defining the AI vision and roadmap for your domain, designing and building production-grade AI systems, driving adoption and measurable business impact, establishing technical excellence through best practices, and growing AI capability by mentoring engineers. You will influence architecture decisions across teams and partner with Product Managers and business leaders. This permanent role is based in our Boston office with 4 days on-site per week. Requirements include 7+ years in Software Engineering/ML/Applied AI, strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and production systems, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with AWS or GCP, Docker and Kubernetes. OTE range is $150,000—$190,000 USD.
