Job Summary
Own tech strategy for your domain by identifying high-value opportunities with business leaders and defining the agent product roadmap. Lead AI system development through design, production-grade architecture decisions, and driving scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Drive adoption and business impact by working closely with end users, measuring outcomes, and accelerating AI transformation across your domain. Establish technical excellence by promoting best practices for evaluation, testing, guardrails, and observability while reviewing designs and mentoring engineers. Grow AI capability by mentoring AI Engineers and Agent Builders, sharing knowledge, and building reusable components within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems
- Ability to influence Product and Business decisions
