Define safe, scalable tool-use patterns with structured outputs, robust error handling, permissioning/auditability, guardrails, and HITL workflows for sensitive actions. Own production observability, cost/token telemetry, latency and reliability monitoring, and incident response for agent failures. Establish clear success metrics (task success rate, human intervention rate, policy violations, cost per task, latency) and continuously expand evaluation coverage. Must bring hands-on experience in agentic system architecture, tool calling, memory/retrieval patterns, and evaluations; proficiency with platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, and Microsoft Power Platform; and a track record in scalable deployment architectures, high-availability runtimes, and governance. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication to collaborate with platform, security, governance, and business stakeholders and drive adoption of shared standards.
