Job Summary
Architect, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and model orchestration frameworks. Design scalable AI systems that automate business processes and enhance decision-making while ensuring compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure teams, and product stakeholders to implement AI solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer experience. Evaluate emerging technologies, contribute to the enterprise AI roadmap, and mentor junior engineers. This role directly impacts operational efficiency, customer experience, and enterprise automation capabilities within Guardian's digital enterprise roadmap.
