Job Summary
Architect and deploy foundational AI platforms leveraging LLMs, fine-tuning models and integrating evaluation as core execution steps. Lead end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional programs using Agile and hybrid models, managing timelines, quality, cost, and risk while tracking engineering health metrics. Partner with architects to ensure scalable, secure solutions and champion delivery-first principles across multiple tribal deliveries. Act as primary interface for business, product, and executive stakeholders, communicating trade-offs and driving responsible AI adoption aligned with governance frameworks. Manage engineering managers to foster accountability and continuous learning within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in technology delivery and leadership
- significant time at Director or equivalent level
- Strong understanding of modern engineering ecosystems (cloud, distributed systems, DevOps, data platforms)
- Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-team initiatives
- Deep experience operating in Agile enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder, executive communication, and influence skills
- Deep working knowledge of AI/ML
