Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of AI solution deployments across states by developing deployment plans, Playbooks, SOPs, and operational checklists. Provide programmatic backstop to state teams, conduct field visits, and monitor progress against milestones through dashboards and reports. Manage relationships with government counterparts and implementation partners to enable adoption of AI-enabled health solutions. Design training programs, facilitate sessions, and document best practices to support continuous learning and program improvement. Travel approximately 40% across project states for implementation support and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Management, Healthcare Administration, Development Studies, Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in public health programme implementation, digital health, or health systems strengthening
- Experience working with Government health programmes (e.g., NHM, NTEP, ICDS, or similar)
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes at district, state, or national levels
- Willingness to travel across project states (approximately 40%)
