Job Summary
Lead AI Consultant - Intelligent Solutions responsible for designing and delivering advanced AI capabilities for financial services clients. Own end-to-end AI solution design and delivery, leading initiatives such as conversational AI, knowledge assistants, and AI-enabled coaching solutions. Collaborate with client stakeholders, regional teams, and centralized engineering groups to scale AI adoption, improving customer experience and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include designing and delivering AI-driven solutions for customer engagement and service operations in banking contact centers, prototyping and iterating MVPs with agile practices, evaluating AI platforms and vendors, providing technical leadership and mentoring, owning AI product roadmaps, researching emerging AI models and open-source technologies, and participating in AI communities and thought leadership. Skills & Experience include 7+ years in production AI/ML, consulting experience preferred, strong understanding of generative AI, scalable AI architecture, strong programming and agile teamwork, end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, and excellent English communication.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Prior experience in management consulting or professional services strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and current market trends
- Proven track record architecting scalable AI solutions for complex, enterprise-grade systems
- Strong programming background with experience leading or working within agile development teams
- Ability to own AI initiatives from end-to-end, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
