Lead AI Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Support the creation and maintenance of business cases for AI and automation initiatives across the enterprise. Partner with stakeholders to quantify expected benefits, including productivity gains, cost avoidance, and revenue impact. Apply established ROI frameworks to evaluate proposed use cases, track realized benefits against commitments, and prepare dashboards communicating program value to leadership. Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and contribute to portfolio reviews. Work with the Metrics Lead to establish consistent measurement approaches and develop value management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, consulting, operations, PMO, or value realization roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology programs
- Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, or investment justification materials
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to build financial models and performance reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain value metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to validating assumptions and reported results
- Understanding of KPI development, benefits tracking, and performance measurement frameworks
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus
