Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and transition to operations. Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications while independently navigating ambiguity with minimal supervision. Guide intake and triage of new requests, maintain the project backlog, and facilitate process discovery workshops to identify improvement opportunities. Create process design documents, collaborate with the RPA development team to transform designs into automations, and lead planning and execution of system, integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide regular written and verbal updates on project health, milestones, and outcomes to the Program Manager. This role blends project management and business analysis expertise to drive digital transformation within the organization's ERP transformation workstream.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, quality assurance, or business and/or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience delivering AI, automation, ERP or technology-enabled business transformation initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to independently manage medium to large cross-functional projects
- Hands-on experience developing test plans, test cases, and coordinating system and user acceptance testing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management tools
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexible hybrid work guideline requires teams to come in to the office 4 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, automation technologies and concepts
- Strong knowledge with AI and automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, Copilot Studio, Foundry)
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Experience using test management or work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
