Job Summary
Lead Agent/Supervisor - Air Export assists the department head to ensure export operations comply with OPS procedures and meet corporate goals, handles customer service and vendor/terminal relations, ensures accuracy in billing and A/R-related reports, supports branch sales efforts and CRM activities, monitors team performance, oversees training/compliance, conducts file audits and management reporting, and participates in training and development. The role requires knowledge of Foreign Trade and preferably shipping/distribution experience, with a university/college education or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to customers and colleagues at all levels are essential.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels
- Knowledge in Foreign Trade; preferably with shipping, distribution experiences
