Job Summary
Lead Customer Service Agent oversees airline passenger services across contracted commercial and charter flights, directs and trains Customer Service Agents, schedules training and OJT, ensures compliance with FAA/TSA and company policies, maintains reports, coordinates with air carrier personnel and TSA, and handles ground service operations and equipment. Requires leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-service focus; must work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to perform duties across cabin and ground operations, with emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the aviation industry
- At least 6 months of experience equivalent to an Airline Service Agent to include ticketing and/or Ramp Services support
Additional Requirements
- Background investigation with fingerprint-based criminal records check (Title 14, CFR Part 1542)
- Periodic random drug testing (49 CFR Part 40)
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
