Job Summary
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs while fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents, and encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning. Maintain a clean, organized space and collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and participate in ongoing professional development and training. Schedule is 12:30PM-6:30PM. Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, along with CPR and First Aid certification. Required Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations
