Job Summary
Lead the Affluent BIU & Analytics function to drive data-led decision-making for the Affluent Banking portfolio. Develop analytics, dashboards, and predictive models to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio quality, and strengthen customer engagement. Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to build an analytics ecosystem; design MIS and performance narratives for leadership; create predictive and segmentation models; manage data governance and data pipelines; drive cross-functional initiatives and support new product launches and digital journeys. Requires strong SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel, and experience with data warehousing and machine learning; 6–12 years of analytics/BIU experience; MBA/PGDM or related master’s-level education.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 6–12 years in business analytics/BIU
- Proven track record of delivering insights and driving measurable business impact
