Job Summary
Lead Advisor - Digital Solutions responsible for both strategic and technical leadership to develop, structure, and grow the company’s digital offering. Acts as a reference for internal teams, supports engineering groups in integrating digital solutions, and ensures alignment between market needs, client challenges, and organizational capabilities. Key duties include portfolio management, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories, maintaining backlogs, participating in Agile environments, identifying business opportunities related to digital services, contributing to the project portfolio and client proposals, guiding delivery teams, promoting DevOps/CI/CD/AI/security practices, and collaborating with GIS, asset management, and business-solutions domains. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a university degree in a relevant field, 8–15 years of experience, strong client-facing delivery experience, capability in business development, and bilingual fluency in French and English across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 8 to 15 years of experience in digital solutions
- Significant experience in IT or IT engineering project environments
- Experience in business analysis, backlog management, and Agile environments
- Experience in project delivery and interaction with internal and external clients
- Experience in business development or contributing to winning mandates (strong asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to support activities across Canada
