Job Summary
Lead Administrator L2 responsible for providing significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the platform/tower (database, middleware, backup) and managing day-to-day operations. Tasks include architecture planning, migration and installation for projects within the tower, capacity planning, leveraging new features across technologies, disaster recovery planning, uptime management, RCA, upgrades and migrations, performance tuning, creating SOPs and data governance artifacts, and delivering weekly status reports. Manages team staffing, training, and talent development, ensuring onboarding and diversity in leadership. Requires Tableau expertise and 8-10 years of experience; location indicated as Hyderabad, India.
