LEAD ADMINISTRATOR L2(CONTRACT)

Azure Network Architect responsible for designing, building, and managing secure, scalable Azure networks including VNets, ExpressRoute, NSGs, and Azure Firewall/WAF; leads implementation efforts, mentors junior staff, and produces detailed design and compliance documentation. Key duties include configuring VNets/Subnets, load balancers, VPN Gateways, hybrid connectivity, and automation using IaC (Terraform, PowerShell, Python); applying zero-trust principles, network segmentation, and security policies; optimizing performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing costs; collaborating with cloud/security engineers and stakeholders to communicate strategies and governance. Required experience as an Azure networking specialist with strong fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP) and familiarity with automation tools, security best practices, and ITIL/DevOps processes. The role emphasizes design, leadership, and collaboration across on-premises and cloud environments.
