Job Summary
Lead design adaptations artwork builds in accordance with client specifications and brand guidelines, interpreting creative concepts into high-quality execution. Manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery including complex, high-risk, and high-value adaptation projects. Serve as the technical expert in adaptive design and print processes, handling non-standard cases and acting as the escalation point for production issues. Train, coach, and mentor team members while driving adherence to best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and recommend advanced tools to enhance efficiency. Partner with the Adaptive Team Leader to support team performance and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School/ Diploma/ Degree in Art & Design, Printing Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in adaptive design, artwork production, pre-press, printing, packaging, advertising, or digital imaging
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and production tools
- Advanced knowledge of print production, packaging, and artwork techniques
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Ability to handle highly complex assignments and critical work independently
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills, accountability, and professionalism
