Job Summary

Create, implement, and maintain a vision and plan for improving quality clinical outcomes in collaboration with other leaders and teams. Lead quality improvement initiatives impacting key performance indicators and coordinate system-wide quality resource and customer service activities. Provide leadership and supervision for quality efforts while analyzing statistical data, benchmarking data, and conceptual information. Manage conflict, build consensus, and negotiate effectively to drive initiatives. Requires current RN license in Michigan and Ohio, CPHQ certification within two years, and minimum two years in acute hospital nursing and quality management. Full-time, 40-hour days at Bay Park Hospital.
