Job Summary
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for two private businesses, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements, track cash contributions and debt for real-estate projects, and map initiatives in QuickBooks. Implement and organize accounting systems, serve as the primary contact with vendors and partners, and lead the hiring, training, and supervision of support staff. Work closely with external advisors to own execution to closure. Requires 4–7 years of accounting experience, strong QuickBooks proficiency, and the ability to travel to Miami for short onsite periods. Full-time remote role in LATAM with direct hire or permanent contractor placement.

- 4–7+ years relevant accounting experience
- Accounting degree or equivalent professional background
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Comfortable structuring real-estate projects inside accounting software
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Able to call vendors/clients
- Exceptional organization and executive-functioning skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proven ability to work full-time
- Commit to one employer
- Reliably respond during agreed business hours
- Willingness and ability to travel to Miami for short visits
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with real-estate portfolios or real-estate accounting
- Big Four or public accounting background
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar)
- Prior people-management or leadership experience
- Experience creating accounting policies and workflows from scratch
