Job Summary
Lead Account Manager responsible for acting as client lead and single point of contact for Portfolio Administration services, ensuring up-to-date lease data and delivering proactive operational and financial portfolio management for occupier clients; oversees end-to-end Portfolio Administration, escalation handling, and contract performance, with a focus on building strong client and internal stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering contracted service levels. Requires a BSC/MSC degree, 7 years in data processing or real estate operations in an international environment, 3 years of people management, 2 years of process transitioning, 4 years of service coordination, advanced English (additional European language a plus), strong IT literacy and MS Office proficiency, and demonstrated leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BSC/MSC degree required
- 7 years data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment
- 3 years people management experience
- 2 years process transitioning experience
- 4 years service coordination experience
- English language advanced
- knowledge of any other European language an advantage
- Excellent IT literacy
- Advanced MS Office
- Strong leadership skills
