Job Summary

Lead a regional Area/Account Management team in Indonesia for Agoda, acting as team lead to grow Agoda's footprint in the region. Responsibilities include setting and executing regional strategy, coordinating with senior management on objectives, conducting market research to ensure competitiveness, representing Agoda at tradeshows and events, developing and managing relationships with hotels and technology partners, ensuring Best in Class Supply (availability at best price with strong content), building a high-performing team, supporting recruitment and coaching, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve productivity and partnerships. Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), 5-10 years of sales experience in travel/e-commerce, 3+ years leading teams, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and excellent interpersonal/communication abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required
  • 5-10 years' experience in sales in travel/e-commerce
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading successful teams in e-commerce or travel industry roles
