Job Summary
Lead Account Executive responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding Freshworks' presence within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to closure, build executive relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, and position Freshworks solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Support to drive successful engagements, maintain forecasting and pipeline hygiene, and travel as required to support customer needs. Requires 7–10 years of sales experience (5+ years in SaaS/solution sales), a track record in new logo acquisition and quota attainment, strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account planning skills, with experience selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise customers. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus.
