Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures for leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor procurement. Ensure strict compliance with California landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and OSHA safety standards. Requires 5+ years of multi-site experience managing portfolios of 1,000+ units, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in systems like Yardi or Entrata. Up to 50% travel to regional sites.
