Job Summary
Lead A&P Mechanic overseeing maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircrafts in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of A&P mechanics, troubleshooting discrepancies, coordinating with maintenance control and operations, ensuring compliance with documentation and safety standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Required skills include reading maintenance manuals and engineering documents, strong leadership and communication, problem solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance setting. FAA A&P license and US work authorization are required; position located in Kingman, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum years of aircraft maintenance experience required
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
