Job Summary
Lead A&P Mechanic responsible for performing and overseeing aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in an MRO environment with emphasis on widebody aircraft. Role includes leading and supporting maintenance technicians during heavy maintenance, reading and interpreting maintenance manuals and drawings, performing and documenting work to FAA standards, ensuring airworthiness, and mentoring junior technicians. Requires strong leadership, ability to train others, and ensuring compliance and quality in a fast-paced heavy maintenance setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
- Minimum 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Widebody aircraft experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
