Job Summary
Lead all team members in filling product orders in accordance with customer needs while maintaining constant awareness of product flow. Ensure all boxed products align with sales requirements and verify that every team member has the proper tools and supplies to complete assigned tasks. Proactively address any safety or quality concerns to assure high-quality production. This role requires reading safety rules and procedure manuals, effective communication with employees, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform all necessary physical tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with leadership experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees both individually and within a group setting
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to perform all the physical tasks necessary to complete the job successfully
