LDRP Clinical Nurse PRN

Provide direct patient care in the MHE Family Care Birthing Center Labor & Delivery, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within established standards. Educate patients and families on illness/injury management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Collaborate with interprofessional team to promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develop and document individual plans of care; communicate care plans across the continuum. Apply essential nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs; maintain top-of-license practice and advance career via the BJC RN Career Ladder. This PRN night-shift role supports ongoing patient care in a Magnet-recognized, acute-care hospital setting in Illinois.
