Job Summary
LDRP Clinical Nurse in Memorial Shiloh Labor & Delivery Recovery PostPartum — provides direct patient care in labor/delivery/postpartum, promoting patient-family centered care, educating families, and participating in care planning and interprofessional collaboration. Role involves nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards, working within the BJC RN Career Ladder framework, with emphasis on professional development, safety, and regulatory compliance. Shift specifics include FT Nights, 12-hour shifts, every 4th weekend, and every 3rd holiday rotation, with up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus, BSN differential, and additional shift differentials; nursing staffing supports career advancement to higher ladder levels.
