LDR Coordinator

Role Overview - LDR Coordinator leading and supporting the international LDR team across regions, ensuring operational excellence in lead generation, qualification, CRM organization, and performance management. Acts as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure scalable, high-quality lead generation, coaching, onboarding, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, monitoring lead qualification quality, tracking KPIs and conversion metrics, coaching LDRs, aligning with Sales and Marketing, ensuring CRM data accuracy, identifying bottlenecks in the lead funnel, and maintaining cross-functional communication across global teams and stakeholders. Required skills include experience coordinating or leading SDR/LDR teams, understanding lead qualification and sales funnels, proficiency with Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRMs, data-driven mindset, experience with social/digital prospecting channels, and strong communication and stakeholder management. Nice-to-have: SaaS/EdTech/digital product experience, outbound prospecting tools, cross-cultural collaboration, and growth/digital marketing knowledge. Soft skills emphasize leadership, proactive problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, ownership, and process orientation. Language requirement: English intermediate to advanced; Portuguese is a plus. 4+ years of related experience and international collaboration capability are highlighted, with opportunities to join Hotmart’s global team.
