Job Summary
Oversee Medicaid Technology Development projects at the University of New Orleans, managing the full project lifecycle for MES modularity initiatives, coordinating with agency and project staff, procurement and regulatory compliance, and liaison with CMS, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining objectives, ensuring deadlines, drafting and reviewing procurement documents, tracking progress, producing reports for management and elected officials, and aligning standards with the Agile Center of Excellence while providing system service coordination and support to the Medicaid Project Director and divisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in project management
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in public speaking, presentation and/or training environment, presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical skills, effective organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and follow up, and verbal/written communications skills
- Professional experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
